If your EV 12V battery has failed, we can provide a 12V battery and cables to help restore power so you can charge your main battery and reach a dealership or certified EV mechanic.
We support Tesla and many non-Tesla electric vehicles.

If the vehicle also requires traction-battery charging after 12V recovery, standard EV charging rates apply.

If your EV 12V battery has completely failed, this service can help restore enough power to charge the main traction battery and help get you safely to a dealership or certified EV mechanic.
If the replacement battery does not properly fit your vehicle, the included 12V battery and cables may still provide enough temporary power to help get the vehicle operational and allow you to reach a dealership or certified EV repair facility for installation of the correct battery.
Not all 12V batteries are compatible with all electric vehicles. Battery fit and installation availability may vary.
25 Minutes — $120
Includes local-area dispatch and setup, plus approximately 3–15 miles of added range.
45 Minutes — $165
Includes local-area dispatch and setup, plus approximately 6–25 miles of added range.
60 Minutes — $195
Includes local-area dispatch and setup, plus approximately 8–35 miles of added range.
90 Minutes — $220
Includes local-area dispatch and service, plus approximately 12–60 miles of added range.
Even if we are able to get your vehicle operational and back on the road, we strongly recommend having the vehicle inspected and diagnostic tests performed by the manufacturer dealership or a qualified EV repair facility to ensure the vehicle is operating properly and safely.
Priority Dispatch: $50

After Hours: $40
Applied when the initial service request is placed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM Mountain Time, regardless of actual arrival time.
Distance Fee: $3/mile
Includes up to 25 miles each way. Additional round-trip mileage beyond 50 miles is billed at $3/mile.
Inclement Weather: $40
Rain, snow, ice, or hazardous weather conditions.
Payment can be made with Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, or with credit card through a secure Stripe payment link.
We do not accept checks.
